MeetingMinders Tool Set

$16.50
I want this!
Ah, the dreaded business meeting.

Did you know that unproductive meetings cost companies more than $37 billion annually? Not only are they expensive, but they lead to employee disengagement as well - 9 out of 10 people admit to daydreaming during meetings.

The MeetingMinders tool set helps to resolve these common dilemmas.

Printed on heavy card stock and embellished with adhesive gems, these unique handmade signs are designed to give visual indicators when a meeting veers off course, thus regaining focus, sparking communication, boosting team energy and injecting playfulness and humor. Not to mention, elevating YOU to "Meeting Super Hero".
DESCRIPTIONS

E.L.M.O. (Enough. Let’s Move On):

Does the conversation sound like a broken record player? Has the meeting been monopolized by someone with their own agenda? Are you cringing as two contentious colleagues battle it out in a verbal tug of war?

E.L.M.O.'s appearance acknowledges the current discussion, indicates the need for tangent control and refocus, and provides relief to meeting hostages.

Park It:
When the dialog has digressed well beyond the original intent of the meeting, the "Park It" MeetingMinder inquires whether the conversation is in alignment with the agenda. If not, then the topic should be added to a parking lot for future assessment.
"Park It" is a powerful MeetingMinder when used responsibly and deliberately. However, if parking lot items remain unaddressed, meeting participants may feel neglected and mistrustful, thus decreasing the impact of this powerful tool.

Rock n’ Roll Rabbit Hole:
Raise the "Rock n' Roll Rabbit Hole" when the conversation begins to plunge into the depths of deviation.

If the team is spending too much time on disjointed topics, the "Rock n' Roll Rabbit Hole" MeetingMinder helps to interrupt the conversation and pull the meeting back on track, ultimately refocusing the group and keeping the session moving smoothly. (Pairs well with the "Park It" MeetingMinder.)

Transition Bubble:
Transitioning topics can be tricky, especially when facilitating a meeting with a considerably large group. How do you know when your colleagues are ready to move forward?
The "Transition Bubble" MeetingMinder allows you to take a pulse on your audience prior to switching topics. In return, they will feel connected, heard and respected.

Time’s a Tickin’:
Time keeping isn't exactly exciting, but it is critical to ensure continued meeting productivity, engagement and focus. Show the "Time's a Tickin'" MeetingMinder as the conversation is nearing it's agreed upon time box. This works especially well during team demos or meetings with aggressive agendas.
